4oz Wild Cherry Bark, Vervain, Rue, Black Cohosh, Boneset, Peppermint, Blue Cohosh, Valerian, Hyssop, Sanicle, Scullcap, Hawthorne Berries, Mistletoe, Black Currant.
Directions: Boil 1 cup of water, add 1-1.5 teaspoon of herb, turn off heat, steep 10-15 min. Serve hot or cold.
